Just bought a new mic to hook up 2 my computer but cant get it 2 work anyone got an idea why or what i can do????

na its jus a dynamic mic, got a stereo adapter 4 it, n jus plugged it in, but no sounds comin out
edit.. haha jus worked it out thanks anyway
