The answer is simple. To get more members and to get this place livelier there are a few simple things that can help shoot up the number of people on this forum.
For example.
1) Advertising. Now if admin makes enough money from the ad-free/premium membership subscriptions and from the advertising on this site, then he should invest some of that money into advertising on other hip hop sites or oppurtune sites where the target audience (hip hop heads) are found.
2) Action by members. Also if we as a community want to make this place better then we must do things ourselves. For example, if you go on other boards (which I know a lot of you do) then just put www.sixshot.com in your signature for the other boards. Or if you're tight with people from the other boards then tell them about sixshot. We have a great battle set up here and we should take advantage of that and advertise it. Also wack spitters get the fuck off the site because you givin us a bad name.
3) Offer downloads. Premium members already know that in the premium board there are downloads available at the discretion of whoever the fuck wants to post them, but maybe we can extend that into sub-sections for like Albums, Videos, Audio Books, Music Production (but keep it strictly hip hop). I don't think this one would go down well with the admin because it could lead to legal action but I see enough sites doing it and getting away with it so I think if we just slap a disclaimer on it then it would be fine.
4) Promote the forums more on the actual site. Everytime I peep the community section, there are like 50 members on the site but like 200 guests. We need them to come into the forum.
5) Make me an admin.
Any other ideas and suggestions would be welcomed. Lets get this site back to where it was a couple of years ago.....

I am not going to risk this. Also we want to work with the labels to get intervies and stuff, offering free illegal downloads would not make them happy....

Admin do you currently have sixshot.com advertised on GOOGLE.com? if so dont google have a serve where they pay your site so much off daily hits an visits the site has (site traffic). I think they have advertisement banner on the site thought. worth lookin into if its anygood depending on what they pay for site traffric you get/

oh an admin get some of the site graphik makers to create SIXSHOT banners for my space. they work great get some banners made an have HTML Tag or html code on this site where members can copy n paste on there sites. shit works other myspace members browse an see it gains more site traffic.

if that's the case take off the albums and offer mixtapes
u can offer as many free mixtapes as u want, as i have explained numerous times mixtapes are for promotional purposes to make u buy an upcoming album
