the 90's were a better time for Hip-Hop, all music, fashion, economy.etc.
I can't think of one weak year in that decade.
Now, music in general is getting more mediocre, Iraq war is never ending, gas is over 3$ a gallon, and George Bush is still an asshole....only thing good about 2000s is the technology.

u think that sucks? wait to 2012.... world will be a exiting place to live when we have polar shifts and Nibiru flyby our planet causing disasters and more sunstorms.. the goverment has known of this event since 1982 and have prepared itself.. ARE YOU PREPARED FOR 2012?

I thought this decade would be great for someone from Nawlins, the South has taken over even Orleans has been getting its shine on?
Only thing sucks in rap to me is that NYC has fallen off REAL BAD. If it wasnt for Jay/50 NYC would be irrelevant. No rapper from NY has had a platinum debut since 04 and were almost halfway over with 08.
The south has artists keeping rap above float and entertaining thankfully.

I'm stacking now.. Cause people is not looking to better the world but to get over. So I'm getting my shit str8 now. Cause the World is foul to the upmost. Peeps wanna do shit their way and peeps wanna do shit another way. We the U.S is some Bully's off tops. We think we can do whatever we want to do till somebody steps up to us. The goverment can do something about the future if they wanted to. They always say things to build hype but never go through with it.. I think thats why I dont even vote. But I'm thinking bout voting this year but I dont think it'll count I'm just doing it because of What MLK did to give us the right to vote.
