looks like he used cut out or w/e its called.. gives that toonish effect.. n photoshop cs3 dont have imageready wit it so you cant animate sad :(

(note iont make animations no more either)

lol@ Bas i kno right!!

Oh at Opt. & Bas,
It's toonish affect, not with cut out tho...

It's Glaussion Blur.... set it to 3.0
then go to Edit n Click Fade Glaussion Blurr, then were it says Normal... click the drop menu n select Darken or Darker , it will give it the Cartoonish Look ... Imo, it make the renders stand out ....
