from makin commercials about snitching to testifyin on niggas.
How ya'll "street" dudes feel about that. do you think it will hurt his street cred. personally where im from and how i grew upand i kno some of ya'll grew up similar and in similar surroundings, prolly like 2 or 3 of ya'll) we dont snitch, testifyin is snitchin, any form of workin with the police in anyway is snitching and to me and alot of dudes thats the lowest shit u can be called if u claim to be a "street" dude. dont matter if u take a plea bargin and sign up to do it so u wont get in trouble. snitchin is snitchin in the streets.
i still like T.I's music but now i really question his cred.

i think this snitchin shit is overated...on the real.....if somebody shot my brother and i watched him die and i knew who shot him.......and i was asked to testify in court infront of them........shit, i'd do it in a heart beat....u supposed to retaliate by killin them and risk spending the rest of the freedom behind bars? or not "snitching" and lettin them run the streets? t.i. said he look at big phil as a brother so i aint hatin on him at all..........mufuckas be takin this "stop snitchin shit to far

dont get me wrong.......first off, im from 212, p.g. county maryland...worst county in the state, powder mill village, worst neighborhood....was raised in a house wit 2 bloods, 1 being the leader of the biggest blood gang in maryland, and moms was datin a dude from the baltimore mafia.....so lets just say ive seen and been through alot of crazy shit..so dont come at me wit no u aint no street dude type shit....ya really dont know me....but its all good...........now i aint sayin that snitchin is always right..if i got bagged on some drug type charges and was asked to snitch to reduce my time, it wouldnt happen, thats snitchin to me....but as i mature and get older..there comes a time when u gotta grow outta that street dude persona...in a situation like t.i., i dont blame him for testifying
99.9% of these dudes on six would jump on the stand in a heartbeat in that situation......so call me a snitch or what ever you would like.....

"Stop snitching" is the most retarded thing I've ever heard and it's retarded for people to think it's credible and"cool" not to , as you put "snitch"
If someone shot/robbed/stabbed an innocent person and I saw it, hell yea I'd say something, if you commit the crime you deserve to do the time...People always like "I don't like the high crime rates," "I'm tired of black men dyin at the hand of another black men" (not being racist but I seen tht one posted alot on hip hop sites) and then turn round next breath and be like "stop snitching" like that doesnt contradict ya first statement..U either want low crime or you don't, and if you don't your dumb
I mean...y'all really some backwards thinkers if you think it's ok to see a crime on an innocent and let it slide because getting justice for the crime is not "hood"...smh

I use to live in the "hood" as you put it, and trust me snitching helps nobody. Testifying possibly could put your safety in danger along with the people around you. The only time its ok to snitch on anybody is if a little child is kidnapped or killed or if a woman is raped. I live in the suburbs now but if I still seen anything other than what I listed above my lips would be sealed.
