Hello Sixshot,
To the rest of you who are still lingering in the woodwork that is forever roting and decaying and slowly falling as time passe's in these parts..
I as of you, YOU the ones who are saying its dead the ones who have been saying this for years the ones who are still here saying it when its plain and obvious for all to see the truth the bare fact that lie's in front that this site may have finally had its time. If you where given the opurtinuity to do something what would you do and how would you go about it. I know we'll get some retarded answers like "Get Activity", "Set Up Tournys" & "Get More Members" these things are not rocket science we all have eyes and brains and we can all see that this is part of the problem but what im asking is what would you do and how would you do it. or what would have you done different?
im not saying i can influence anything that comes of this topic or put into action any of it as i have explained my powers on this site are so limited im a glorified super moderator basically so before you all start saying to me do this and do that please understand i cant do shit im on the same boat as all of you sadened to see this place slowly dieing the place i first learned to throw rhymes together the place i fell in love with hip-hop.
so by all means let it all come out tell me what yall are thinking as this chance may never come again as i fear this site is literally got less than a couple months left maybe less who knows.

wow this site is still up..i was expectin an URL error..
the way forward should be an active admin..and users that really care about the site and update the site with everything thats new..from music to news to rumors to films to books to biographies and interviews etc..
lastly even if the process is slow people shouldn't quit trying to revive it and should spread the word about..

hello doomed yes its still here.... i could be active enough to do the admin job if he made shit alot simpler for the simple minded people like me but the way the site is set up i cant do shit but move topics delete votes and give people mod spots pretty much .....

the admin or whoever the fuck owns this site now, make money off of placing the advertisemnets, so there is no good reason why they shouldnt hand over the forums and booth to a user/users who actually care about them, maybe a bit of persistant emailing and shit would make a difference and we could run this shit are selves, this would not be very hard as sixshot has the basis for a good site already, one thing i will say tho, we partly killed this site ourselves, noone was feedbacking anything and battles were sitting in the booth months......

true dat neon but the adverts are self generated at the moment we dont advertise anything really... and no one is going to want to advertise on our site as we dont get much traffic through the site anymore..
but i like the idea of that like him being in control of just the mag and shit and we run the forum and the battles and the community side our selfes like that one ....

yeah it really comes down to us in a way though, if more people dropped keys/tracks/etc... and left feed on keys/tracks/etc, more people would come, and the more activity the more would come (i know you said this is what we already know, but its what it all comes down to), alot of people go to different sites to get battles with people they havent battled with or to broad'n their fanbase if they make music/tracks, it really comes down to activity and word of mouth, and we can basically run the site ourselves still, i mean what does admin do other then just keep the site up? maybe change the look of it? who cares what it looks like haha, its about the work posted and activity, if everyone took a lil time to give some feedback and/or post some work, this place would pick up again, no doubt about it.. maybe we could get a couple sites to battle each other, and have them host it here... as long as we could get enough people on here to vote on the shit, we could draw people in that way.. also could make a new myspace/facebook page or something and add people through that as well..

I think the original layout... sounds so daft but that layout is what attracted me.. not some gloomy grey backround that looks like every other hip hop site, bring back the old school!

i think we all have valid reason's and thoughts but what are we doing about it and like ya said chi and someone else before you we are partly to blame for this we need to sit back take a look at ourselves and realise we have done this to the site and i guess its in our hands to try bring it back to some sort of activity ....
